Back in the day - when I had to do a lot of meet and greet for my job, plus public speaking - I'd mimic the actor from Chorus Line (blanking on his name) as I was walking from car park to venue. "It's showtime!" Every meeting or event. I'm basically an introvert, shy, and I had heaps of insecurity in the beginning - but I swear those "it's showtimes" helped
