I agree in that I see social media playing a role, Ryan. But I view it as a vehicle for those obsessed with 'the telling.' The need to show and tell (old school term apologies) endlessly - I'm not quite sure what's sparked this. I sense it's deeper than wanting to see yourself 'liked' a billion times.
