I didn't know this! So I re-read the poem. "It was only when you introduced yourself that I knew something larger was at play." I've been studying fate vs destiny for a while now - the concept that, if we're conscious, we can co-create our destiny; if not, fate can wham us. Huge simplification of course in this comment
