I feel exactly the same.

I would hate to think that this extremely short physical life of mine is all I get to experience. I’m going to believe that the spirit will live on forever after my body disappears from this planet. Taking the long view gives me hope. It reminds me that whatever issues and problems I may have now are very temporary. This body is here for only a short period, but my soul will never die.

I feel exactly the same. Not sure (who can be?) how the soul lives on - heaven or reincarnation. I lean toward reincarnation because I'd love another shot at it all but who knows? It'll be an Adventure to find out
