I loved the whole poem, Wolfie, but this image, falling like a swan, blew the top of my head off …

…m where he sits
my father looks like a professor
(which he was)
whom I once saw fall
across campus, he fell gently
a swan flapping its wings 
and landed on the grass just so
he could’ve been finishing 
the last of an accomplished choreography
