I moved here 9 years after you...and didn't see the mountains for months either. I'll never forget how astonished I was!

But I loved LA instantly. I always will. Tried moving away for three years. Was so homesick, I said the hell with the traffic, the high cost of living, being priced out of the housing market, the crowds...I'm going home. And happily home I am.
