I publish 3 times a week MAX. Often, maybe once or twice. For one thing, I don't want to put out crap; my first drafts suck. Two, I'm with Jocelyn. I don't want to annoy people. "She's publishing something AGAIN?!" The struggle to keep up with reading is enormous.

I do it, however, because the people I read - for the most part - read me. Also, most importantly, my skill as a poet is honed reading the works of other more gifted poets.
