I so agree!!!! Impact can be deadly.

…at necessary? Aren’t there better ways to communicate? Whatever happens to politeness and kindness? I believe words are weighty and should not fly offhandedly. Their potential impact is frightening. When tossed recklessly, what appears as innocent utterances can imprison someone or rip them apart.
