I was just listening about an hour ago to a talk by Tara Brach - her term for this was to "entrust to the wave" NOT be IN the wave but open to it and eventually realize we're all ocean - Jenine Bsharah Baines

The thing is that letting go is all about faith. But you won’t be able to consistently have that faith unless you’ve seen for yourself that the very Universe you’re trusting is reliable in the way you’re trusting it to be.
