I will read on to see if you helped the little fellow. I've rescued earthworms so I'm kinda out there. Geckos. I have even learned to stay calm around bees, and I'm allergic! But I will admit that there was no way I'd pick up this creepy ugly beetle called, I think, a jerusalem beetle. Not yet!
