I'm a boomer, so perhaps it my cranky old biddy speaking but I Am So Freaking Tired of Automated Voices. Bring back HUMANS, whether you're Medium or the airlines or Amazon or utilities or the pharmacy or....I swear, I'd pay MORE willingly for a service/product if I could speak to a human being when necessary, or even when unnecessary.
