…stion with the above poem. Yes, it hasn’t been easy to stay away from loved ones for a long time. I have found solace in various ways; one of them is an app called “Wysa”. This poem was prompted by an exercise called “a submodality technique” which encourages you to imagine anxiety as a physical object and then alter the way you feel about it by changing the colour/shape/actions of the object. I hope it will be a helpful exercise for you too.
