I'm the same, Amanda.

It makes a deep kind of sense to me to bring light and heat into the darkest night of the year, as a promise of — or hope for — lighter days to come.

I'm the same, Amanda. I have candles everywhere...battery ones with flicker flames because I live in earthquake territory. But light is Light. Belated happy Winter Solstice!
