It's pretty cut and dried for me. Celebrities for the most part sought their fame - otherwise they can do a Garbo.They chose their career knowing full well what would come with success. And who would they be without their fans? Who pays for their movies or whatever, therefore supporting their lifestyle? So be gracious.

That said, fans have an equal responsibility to be gracious too. There is a line not to be crossed.
