Let's just confess openly right now that I take Lexapro, so I too struggle w/ depression/anxiety.

Since I lean heavily toward depression, I decided a course in happiness might be beneficial for me, might help me better understand what makes me happy and what steals my happiness. So, I am joining her on this happiness journey.
