SO true. I learned this after a series of very hard knocks - two by fours, as Robert Ohotto calls them, knocking me to my knees. Now, looking back at how I've grown and hope to continue growing, I am so grateful.

These words REALLY struck me as well: "When life becomes more difficult, it helps to know that those difficulties mirror our inner distortions. We can always begin within." I hadn't thought of this before - thanks so much!
