Spiritual as well as physical. For instance, sometimes I simply need a break from my to do lists: I don't beat myself up for not writing, not reading (Medium), not housekeeping, not grocery shopping, not...The treadmill of Must Do's never stops. So I jump off.
Thanks for the tip re manuka honey, sea moss gel, and sage tea. I love super cold still water too - I add a splash of apple cider vinegar, which has heaps of benefits, including for the voice!
