This happened to me - at a lot older age than you are. But I wouldn't go back to 'sleep' for anything. Good for you, awakening so early in life!

As for 'boring' friends/family - yep. ditto here. I simply limit my outings w/ them, particularly the friends who no doubt find my spiritual journey as boring as I find their shopping expeditions or whatever. And I send 'light' their way. HUMBLY. Knowing that, at one point, I was as clueless as they are. Until grace stepped in and showed me a different path.
