…ided and informed me of their decision. Max’s start with us was not what one would call auspicious. Upon entering the house, he immediately began frantically, like a whirling dervish, running from room to room, around and around, as if chased by or chasing, some invisible creature that only he could see. Whew, my inner voice said, this will be an interesting, maybe even awful, experience.
