TMH, you are my soul sister! I love housework, finding it therapeutic, I struggle to find time to read Medium pals' work, my piano is gathering dust...I am A LOT older than you so my advice is this. Simply accept that snowball brain (such a great image!) is part of the package for creative souls. Take deep breaths and do what you can, priortize and realize what is Meant to be accomplished will be.
