Try poetry. In poetland on Medium you'll find many kindred spirits, where the "takeaway" is the act of creation, nada mas. Speaking for myself, if a poem helps others, WONDERFUL. But at its most elemental poetry is the poet's attempt to dig deep, then go deeper. Or sometimes to celebrate & have fun. Whatever the Muse's mood.
